  • What you can do in Mubble?
    1. 1. Mubble shows best recharge packs which is suitable for your usage and saves money.
    2. 2. Mubble gives recharge reminder whenever you have low balance, High rate or pack expiry is near.
    3. 3. Manages your SIMs balances and deductions.
    4. 4. You can recharge for family/friends members using mubble.
    5. 5. You can get your bill on email.
  • How to use mubble?

    Mubble is very easy to use. Do following steps for Mubble setup:

    1. 1. Open Mubble after install and set your language.
    2. 2. Give permissions on second screen if you andriod 6.0 and above.
    3. 3. Wait sometime until you reach accessibility page. Mubble takes sometime here for detecting your operator and circle.
    4. 4. Enable balance checker now, it will help you to check your SIM balances instantly.
    5. 5. Go to other SIM now if any, and check your recharge packs and balances.
    6. 6. Go to Recharge tab and do your friend and family recharge.
  • How to change app language?

    From main screen of mubble, tap on top settings icon. You will reach General settings. First setting is ""App Language"" which has currecnt language selected. Tap on that language and a dropdown will be open, select whatever language you want. We are supporting 8 indian languages right now.

  • How to remove notification widget?

    From main screen of mubble, tap on top settings icon. You will reach General settings. Second from top setting is "Notification Widget" which is checked currently. Uncheck this box, notification widget shall be removed. If you want to get back notification widget, check it again.

  • Do I need to pay for mubble use?

    Mubble works automatically. It's free of cost. You will not get charge any rupee for mubble. Please continue to use mubble as you are using.

  • How to change alert notification?

    From main screen of mubble, tap on top settings icon. You will reach General settings. Goto notifications section here. All alert notification are listed here. Uncheck box if you don't want any notification. We recommend you to check all boxes, it will prevent you to loose your money.

  • Why My Balance is not updated?

    You could be facing this problem for a variety of reasons:

    1. 1. Your operator is not sending pop-ups.
    2. 2. You have not made a call or sms, and hence not received any pop-ups.
    3. 3. Operator has changed the USSD code response text, hence, we are unable to get balance from new format.
    4. 4. You may have task killers enabled which may have stopped mubble service and hence prevents mubble from finding the balance.
    5. 5. You have installed some similar category apps which is dismissing pop-ups.
    6. If you receive a pop up after making a call , Please send the screenshots of pop up coming. after call and screenshot of the mubble balance page to care@mubble.in to fix this issue.

    You could be facing this problem for a variety of reasons:

    1. 1. Your operator is not sending pop-ups.
    2. 2. You have not made a call or sms, and hence not received any pop-ups.

  • Why My Rate Cutter pack is not showing?

    Mubble reads rate/tariff pack from recharge SMS. If you have operator recharge SMS in your mobile, Mubble show it inside mubble in pack area. If SMS is not there, Mubble will not be able to read your rate pack.

  • Why My Data Balance is not updating?

    For first time, Mubble reads data balance from operator pop-up. Subsequently, mubble calculates live data balance on your device only whenever you are using data. Whenever data pop-up comes, it synced data balance from pop-up so that your data balance will be always upto date.

    If data balance is not updating and we are not showing your usage, it may be specific device problem. Contact mubble with your phone model details.

  • Why My SIM balance is going in another SIM?

    Sometimes operator sends two pop-ups concurrently, mostly when your data is on during the call on ther SIM, then we show One SIM balance in another SIM. Please delete data pack from wrong SIM if we have created wrongly on another SIM.

  • Why My Promo/Voice Balance is not showing in notification?

    Mubble shows main balance and data balance in notification on priority. If you have data balance and voice balance on same SIM, mubble will show only main balance and data balance in notification. If you don't have data balance then only mubble will show your voice balance there.

    Please turn on rate notification in settings if you want to check your promo/voice balance everytime after call.

  • How to change pack validity?

    Goto pack area of SIM and tap on pack, there is one fix validity option. Tap on that and change your validity.

  • Why My Rate Pack validity is wrong?

    Sometimes operator sends two pop-ups concurrently, mostly when your data is on during the call on ther SIM, then we show One SIM balance in another SIM. Please delete data pack from wrong SIM if we have created wrongly on another SIM.

  • Validity is unknown, why?

    Mubble reads balance and validity from pop-up received from operator after every call. If validity is not given by operator, mubble will not able to show it. If you know validity, Goto pack area of SIM and tap on pack, there is unknown validity button. Tap on that and enter your validity.

  • Data balance is wrong, why?

    Mubble calculates live data usage. You could be facing this problem due to any of the following reasons:

    1. 1. We are not showing "live" balance as you expect. We are calculating wrong data usage.
    2. 2. SIM2 balance going to SIM1. In almost all such cases, We got the balance, but put it on the wrong SIM.
    3. This can be happen with some particular device models. Send your device details such as device model, android version, mubble app version to care@mubble.in

  • Rate and Charges

  • App is showing unknown deduction, Why?

    If operator has deducted some amount from your account and didn't sent pop-up about it then mubble is not able to understand it and shows you unknown deduction. Please add reason for deduction if you know about this deduction. If you don't know please contact your operator.

  • Mubble has deducted my balance. Why?

    Mubble does not and cannot touch your balances. Mubble only records the pop-ups sent by your operator and then presents the information in a simple and easy way. It may seem like a balance cut due to the following reasons :

    1. a) Operator not sending pop up
    2. b) Missed USSD

    This message may cause worry, as you expect us to maintain main balance. But if we do not get pop-up,or fail to read pop-up, we may not have kept main balance current. Please refresh your balance manually once, you will get current balance.

  • Why Mubble is showing wrong rate/charges?

    Actually, Mubble gives per second rate first time but then our system learns on its own after you make minimum 5 calls.

    We realize that it needs to work better. So we will keep improving the automatic rate detector with every release.

    If operator doesn't sent pop-up after call, we estimate call charges using call rate which sometimes may be wrong. Don't worry, It will get automatically correct after few calls. Please refresh your balance to get current balance.

  • Bill Related

  • How to get PDF bill?

    Goto BILL tab of respective SIM and selected time period for which you want bill. Tap on "GET BILL BY EMAIL" to get pdf bill in your email.

  • I want old bill.

    Mubble reads your balance and deductions from the "pop-ups" sent by your operator. It keeps reading your deduction and balance from the pop ups and maintains a detailed bill. So, after you have installed the App, from that day onward, App will show you detailed list of deductions. It is not possible for the App to show you the details from last month or any day before you installed the App.

  • I want another number bill.

    Mubble gives you live bill and detailed bill of SIMs your phone currently have. We can't give bill of any other SIM. If you want bill of your other SIM, please insert in your device and use it.

  • Recharge Related

  • How to recharge in mubble?

    Mubble shows latest plans for each operator and circle. You can select your best recharge pack for your current SIMs and pay using our recharge partners. Currently we have three recharge partners:

    1. 1. PayTM
    2. 2. Mowikwik
    3. 3. Oxygen

    If you don't have any recharge partner app, please install one or recharge from retailer telling them your best recharge pack with price.

  • How to recharge another number?

    Mubble shows latest plans for each operator and circle. Go to other SIM page on recharge tab and select operator and circle for your SIM. It will show you all packs for that SIM. Now you can recharge with any recharge app or retailer telling them your recharge pack with price.

  • How to check Special/Operator offers?

    Goto SIM tab and tap on "VIEW OFFERS". It will dial USSD code for fetching operator offers.

  • Recharged but balance not updated, Why?

    Mubble reads balance from **pop-up**. Please refresh your balance manually after recharge. We are not updating balance automatically after recharge. We update your balances whenever pop-up comes. Once you make a call after recharge, we will update it automatically.

  • Mubble service off

  • Mubble service getting off regularly. Why?

    If you are using task killers like DU Boost, CleanMaster, etc. Some of these task killers, when """"cleaning"""" RAM, also stop all background services. So, Accessibility for >>Mubble<< is also stopped by them. If >>Mubble<< Service is stopped by the OS, then the app will not be able to read the pop ups received from Network Provider and hence can't update your balance. To avoid this problem, add Mubble app to the White List of your Task Killer , so that it doesn't turn off Accessibility for >>Mubble<<. Also lock mubble in recent task list.

  • How to fix mubble service off issue?

    To avoid this in MIUI, please do few system settings.

    1. 1) Open Security App --> Battery --> App Battery Saver. Now, tap on Mubble, then """"No Restrictions"""".
    2. 2) Security app again --> Permissions --> Permissions --> enable autostart for Mubble
    3. 3) Again, Security App --> Permissions --> Other Permissions --> enable Service Message for Mubble.
    4. 4) Lock mubble in recent task list

    If it because of some task killers and battery optimizer, add Mubble app to the White List of your Task Killer , so that it doesn't turn off Accessibility for >>Mubble<<. Also lock mubble in recent task list.

  • Alert Notification

  • When mubble gives alert notification?

    Mubble gives alert notification in following cases:

    1. 1. You have low data balance or data pack ended.
    2. 2. Your call rate is high.
    3. 3. You data pack is going to expiry in 2 days.
    4. 4. Your promo/voice/SMS/Rate pack is going to expire today.
    5. 5. Some apps are consuming more data.
    6. 6. Data charged from main balance.
    7. 7. Suspicious or unknown deduction found.
  • Alerts notification are not coming?

    Goto settings page and check alert settings inside General settings. Here, we have all alert setting, please enable all for getting alert. If any alert will not be enable, alert notification will not come for that alert.
